This wellness class will help you to reduce stress, increase balance, and participate in moving meditation. Tai Chi is a safe and effective exercise for arthritis, improve your posture, and is great for exercise recovery. If you can walk in a small store you can attend this class and be successful in this 6-8 week class series. You will also learn several unique ways to relieve stress while improving your movement and postural ease.
