Mindfullness based Stress Reduction

When: Every other Tuesday starting March 13th and ending June 19th from 5:45PM to 7:45PM

This class is for you if you are looking to approach your life with more energy and enthusiasm, cope more effectively with stress, improve your ability to manage pain and anxiety, and improve your focus, and resilience. You will learn how to reframe stressful thoughts and responses and begin the transformation towards improved a more balanced and relaxed life! These classes are two hours in length meeting twice a month for a four-month period.
